By commissioning me (the artist) for digital artwork, you (the client) agree to the following terms and conditions.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Payments are accepted via PayPal only.
- Payment is required upfront before any work will be started.
- If, for any reason, I am unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued.
ARTWORK
- I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
- I will not create any artwork that includes NSFW or fetish themes.
- The client is responsible for providing a clear and detailed description of what they want in their commission.
- I will provide the client with a sketch and line-art for approval before proceeding to the final stage of the commission.
- The client will be allowed one round of minor revisions after the sketch/line-art is approved. Major revisions will be subject to additional fees.
COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
- The artist retains full copyright of the artwork.
- The client is allowed to use the artwork for personal use only, unless commercial usage has been discussed and agreed upon with the artist.
- The artist retains the right to use the artwork for self-promotion and advertising purposes, unless otherwise discussed with the client.
- You are not to use any form of artificial intelligence or machine learning technology to create reproductions or derivative works of my artwork, whether finished or unfinished, without my express written permission (will most likely say no). I value the uniqueness and originality of my artwork, and I do not wish to have my creations duplicated or altered in a way that diminishes their authenticity. Therefore, any unauthorized use of AI-generated versions of my artwork will be considered a violation of my intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- The prices listed on the artist's website or commission sheet are subject to change at any time without notice.
- The artist reserves the right to charge additional fees for rush orders or complex designs.
- If the client cancels the commission before work has begun, a full refund will be issued. If the client cancels after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at the artist's discretion.
- If the client fails to pay the full amount for the commission within one week of the sketch being sent, the commission will be cancelled.
- The client may not make any alterations to the artwork without the artist's consent.
- The artist retains the right to decline any request for revisions that would significantly alter the original design or require additional work beyond the scope of the initial agreement.
- The client may not reproduce or distribute the artwork for commercial purposes without the artist's written consent.
- If the artwork is to be used for commercial purposes, the artist and client will agree upon appropriate compensation and usage rights.
- The client may not claim ownership of the artwork or use it for any purpose beyond the terms of the commission without the artist's written consent.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the artist against any claims or liabilities arising from the client's use of the artwork.
